There was a time when I couldn’t.
Why it started
The RUNNNi Project started after a personal experience changed the way I understood something as simple as movement.
For a period of my life, I couldn’t just decide to go outside, take a walk or go for a run. Movement stopped being something ordinary. It became something I missed.
When I finally had the chance to run again, it felt different. It wasn’t about pace or distance. It was about being able to move.
That experience made me think about all the people who, for different reasons, don’t have that freedom today. So I started running. Then other people started running with me. That’s how The RUNNNi Project began.
Why we run
So now,we run forthose who can’t.
We run because today, we can.
For those who can’t. For those waiting for their chance to move again. For those going through something that has temporarily taken that freedom away.
Every run is a reminder that movement is something worth celebrating. So we show up. We run together. We play music. We make some noise. We celebrate every mile.
Not because we’re the fastest. Because we’re free to move.

What we do
The RUNNNi Project brings together running, music and community. We turn ordinary runs into moving experiences — powered by people, sound and a DJ booth that moves with us. You don’t have to be a runner. You just have to move with us.

SUNNNI is a Venezuelan-born DJ and artist based in Atlanta. Since beginning his DJ career in 2012, he has developed a high-energy sound rooted in Latin urban music and global club culture, performing across Venezuela, Chile and the United States.
EDL — Electronic Dance Latino — is where that story becomes its own world: electronic music, Latin identity, humor and community moving in the same direction.
